2024 Session Photos
Through a grant received for the HCC Galveston program, the 2024 participants each received stethoscopes and blood pressure cuffs which they are using to learn clinical skills and can take home. Their first lesson was on vital signs. Med students taught high school students how to measure Heart Rate, Blood Pressure and Respiratory Rate. Their homework was to check vital signs of at least 1 family member.
